The 2025 Kia EV6 has arrived with a stylish new look and more range than ever before. In addition to its four exciting powertrain options, this innovative electric crossover has cutting-edge features that drivers love, including driver assistance tech, convenient connections, and vibrant displays.
4 Innovative Features of the 2025 Kia EV6
1. Larger Batteries for Longer Range
For 2025, the EV6 comes with larger batteries across its lineup, so you can stay on the road longer between charges. The entry-level Light trim has a 63.0 kWh Lithium-Ion battery, which can take you up to a manufacturer-estimated 237 miles on a full charge. With an at-home Level 2 charger, this battery recharges from 10 to 100 percent in about 5 hours and 40 minutes.
When you upgrade to the Light Long Range, Wind, GT-Line, or GT trim level, you’ll have a larger 84.0 kWh Lithium-Ion battery, which provides up to 319 miles of range and recharges in about 7 hours and 20 minutes with a Level 2 charger. No matter which model you choose, you can recharge from 10 to 80 percent using a Level 3 350kW charger in just 20 minutes, so you can get back on the road quickly.
2. Navigation and Infotainment Touchscreen
When you’re behind the wheel of the EV6, you’ll see all the information you need at a glance on two 12.3-inch displays. The LCD instrument display provides important driving information, while the touchscreen display gives you access to infotainment, navigation, and vehicle settings. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay make it easy to connect your smartphone, and Over-the-Air update capability installs the latest software automatically.
3. Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist
Every EV6 gives drivers a comprehensive list of driver assistance features that help look out for danger on the road. Standard Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist detects other vehicles in your blind spot and provides warnings and steering assistance if you attempt to move into an occupied lane. With the Wind, GT-Line, and GT trims’ included Blind-Spot View Monitor, you’ll also see a live view of your blind spot inside the instrument display when you activate your turn signal.
4. Kia Connect
Stay connected to your EV6 from anywhere with the Kia Access App on your smartphone and a complimentary 3-year subscription to Kia Connect. This convenient technology lets you manage your vehicle remotely, with features including starting and stopping charging, setting the temperature inside the cabin, and locking the doors. Its 911 Connect feature can even provide added peace of mind by sending for help if an airbag deploys in your vehicle.
With so many innovative features, the EV6 makes owning an electric vehicle practical, convenient, and fun. To experience it for yourself, contact our sales department at Kia of Marin in Novato, CA, to schedule your test drive.
