On Saturday, September 12, Kia of Marin was proud to sponsor Indulge Sonoma, Becoming Independent’s annual celebration of the North Bay’s culinary and beverage community. The event brought together more than 50 local restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries and other partners for an afternoon of food, drinks, music and community. More than 500 guests were expected to take part in this year’s event, making Indulge Sonoma one of Becoming Independent’s signature annual fundraisers. More importantly, Indulge Sonoma supports the work of Becoming Independent, a local nonprofit providing programs and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Sonoma and Marin counties. Becoming Independent currently supports close to 1,000 people across the North Bay. Becoming Independent Proceeds from Indulge Sonoma, including event sponsorships, directly support Becoming Independent and its mission. As a local Novato business, Kia of Marin is grateful for opportunities to support organizations making a meaningful impact throughout the communities we serve.
