Beautiful Design of the 2021 Kia K5
The Kia K5 is being billed as a replacement for the Kia Optima. However, it differs from the Optima with its sportier design and increased exterior dimensions. Compared to the Optima, the K5 is 2” longer and 1” wider, with an additional 1.8” for the wheelbase. For a more planted look, the K5 is 0.8” lower than the Optima. Notable exterior design elements for the K5 include a wide “tiger face” grille, angular styling, a fastback shape, alloy wheels (16”, 18”, and 19” versions), and gloss black applique on the rear glass.
Inside the Kia K5, the sophisticated cabin has a modernistic instrument panel, a generous amount of passenger space, an aircraft-type shift knob, and premium materials like satin chrome metallic and red leatherette. Let the light in the K5 with the panoramic sunroof. Enjoy technologies like the 12-speaker Bose Premium Sound System, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, and the UVO infotainment system.
