The COVID-19 crisis has drastically affected all of society, with the severe health consequences, the limitations of social distancing, and a considerable loss of jobs. Here at Kia Marin, our message to our customers during this difficult time is that we’re here for you, as we’ve done multiple things to responsibly address COVID-19.

Following Health Guidelines

The health of our customers, our employees, and our community is our top priority. We’re strictly following the health guidelines of the CDC, the WHO, and the State of California. This includes adhering to the recommended six feet of social distancing, consistent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer, and the thorough cleaning and sanitization of our facility and vehicles.

Pickup and Delivery for Service Work

Our sales department is only open by appointment only. However, you can still shop online for a Kia model with our user-friendly website. Do you need to get your Kia vehicle serviced? As an essential business, the Kia Marin Service Center is open and fully operational. For your convenience, we provide pickup and delivery of your vehicle for service work. And as noted above, you can have the peace of mind of knowing that we’ll thoroughly clean and sanitize your vehicle after the service work is completed.

Kia Accelerate the Good Program

In addition to the tragic loss of life and the negative health consequences of COVID-19, the crisis has been a major shock on the economy, with a significant loss of employment. To help ease the financial burden, Kia has an “Accelerate the Good Program. For select new Kia models, well-qualified customers can get 0% financing. The program also includes up to 120 days of deferred payments.

Here at Kia Marin, we wish everyone the best as we overcome this challenging situation. We greatly appreciate your loyalty.
